Guided visit of the photo exhibition “Borderline, the frontiers of peace” with the artist Valerio Vincenzo.
The European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 celebrates this heritage as a central element of cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue. The Borderline project puts the spotlight on an aspect of the European heritage that is not talked about a lot: the inner borders.
Equipped wit a GPS, the photographer Valerio Vincenzo traveled 20.000 km alongside the European borders. His pictures show Europe as a place of free exchange and peace and pose the question: Actually, what is a border?
