« La légende des siècles et autres poèmes »

Sunday, October 15, 5pm

Lieu d’Europe presents a show, staged and realized by actor and comedian Rémy Riflade.

Within 55 minutes, Riflade presents the life and work of Victor Hugo. From his personal tragedies to his appearances and civic engagement as a public figure, Hugo is presented as a man, who doesn’t back down from a fight. A supporter of the United States of Europe and the abolition of death penalty, the convictions of Victor Hugo are analyzed in the light of his writings. Rémy Riflade draws from a selection of writings and backs up his presentation with pictures and videos.
