Celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Conventions of the Council of Europe on the protection of national minorities, Brigitta Busch, linguistics professor at the university of Vienna and member of the advisory committee on the conventions at the Council of Europe, will shed light on the linguistic demands for an inclusive policy, especially outlining the role of education in promoting language diversity.

During the presentation, the participants are also invited to create their own “language portraits”.
