Mini conference about « The Polish memory of the Shoah since 1945 and the memorials »

Having reminded the audience of the specificity of the Shoah in Poland, Fabienne Regard will discuss the evolution of this remembrance since 1945 until today, focusing particularly on the diplomacy of remembrance and on how this topic is taught.

Conference followed by a guided visit through the exhibition by Fabienne Regard.

Fabienne Regard is historian, doctor of political science and teaches at the Elie Wiesel University at Paris. Expert at the Council of Europe between 2005 and 2012, she ensured the scientific coordination of the program “Transmission of the holocaust remembrance and prevention of crimes against Humanity: a transversal approach”.
