Sigmund Freud wrote two books about jokes and humour which are still today considered as important literature on the topic. The idea of the exhibition is to show in an inversion of roles how to make jokes about psychoanalysis. Michael Freund (journalist DER STANDARD) composed this exhibition from the archives of the New Yorker’s caricature bank (http://www.newyorker.com/).
