From the idea to the object: the secrets of a creative process
Human creativity is omnipresent in our daily life: we see it if we look at objects, buildings that surround us and the diversity of language.
This exhibition is dedicated to the creative process of Hungarian artists who aim to create new objects. The history of the objects will be told in form of documentation that includes their original idea as well as their final implementation. That is why the visitors cannot only admire the final objects, that won several international prizes (Red Dot Design Award, Week of jewelry in Athen, etc.), but also their way and the artist´s thoughts, which finally enabled their implementation.
The objects will be presented in different forms: on the one hand, the exhibition is about jewelry that approaches pieces of art (or the other way around) and on the other hand, there will be daily objects that express messages through their forms. But the actual aim of the exhibition is to revive the objects with different points of view of the artists as well as of the visitors.
This exhibition will take place within the context of the Hungarian presidency of the committee of ministers at the Council of Europe.
The Vernissage and the workshop of movement will take place on the 21st of October at 6 pm.
