During a conference, discover the Council of Europe's investment in heritage preservation, alongside experts from the Fondation de l'Œuvre Notre-Dame.
Following the joint inscription of the Fondation de l’Œuvre Notre-Dame and other cathedral workshops from five European countries on the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage in 2020, the city of Strasbourg is highlighting the transmission of know-how. The Foundation’s artisans will bring the park of the Lieu d’Europe to life and will occupy the glass pavilion in which an exhibition will be presented. This is an ideal opportunity to talk about what Europe is doing to preserve its heritage. Asya SALNIKOVA, program manager at the Division of Culture and Heritage, will present the work and role of the Council of Europe in this field, along with experts from the Fondation de l’Œuvre Notre-Dame who will explain their missions.
